I’m a psychologist and coach — I help people find harmony and meaning in life (and sometimes I even manage to do it for myself 😄). I’m also the author of a magazine column, so writing is part of my everyday inspiration.
I actually have three university degrees — in International Economics, Law, and Practical Psychology. Yes, I really love learning… and apparently collecting diplomas too 😂
In my free time, I travel a lot 🌍, go to retreats, meditate, play the drums 🥁, and enjoy concerts, theater, galleries, and city tours. I also spend time with my kid — our nanny once said that I’m “always spiritually enriching myself,” and I guess she’s right! 😅

I love sports — for me, it’s an essential part of life. I go to the gym twice a week, swim twice a week, and also practice shiatsu. It keeps both my body and my mood in shape!
I’ve visited around 30 countries and still have a long list ahead: Barcelona, Iceland, Singapore, Japan... ✈️
